The key to feeling better about your body is moving. Kettlebell Movement teaches students in the Santa Monica and West LA community, by focusing on various strength and conditioning movements to challenge your body and stimulate your brain.
Be part of the Kettlebell Movement and challenge your body and brain at either of our two outdoor locations. Morning classes are held at Palisades Park on the Santa Monica Bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Not an early riser? Train at our evening classes in West LA at Stoner Park.
